Ms. Getz practices in all areas of corporate law, state and federal securities law and corporate finance, as well as human resources, general business and transactions. She has extensive experience forming new companies, handling business-operating issues, and guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Getz is a frequent lecturer for legal and business organizations. She has held leadership positions for the boards of the Corporate Finance Council, Poway Business Park Association, Palomar Pomerado Health Foundation, Rotary Club, Poway Chamber of Commerce, Episcopal Community Services, Women in Business, the Episcopal Church, and several other groups. Ms.Getz is a graduate of Trinity University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the San Joaquin College of Law.
